i am based inside the sola salons at marshall’s plaza in dewitt. sola salons is located between j.crew + bv nails in the plaza.
what payment methods are accepted?
i accept all major credit/ debit cards + cash payments.
are you really gratuity free?
yes! there is no tip line when you check out. this is intentional.
how do i prepare for my session?
please arrive with clean or day-old hair that is 100% dry + brushed thoroughly.
why can't i book a haircut?
at this time, haircut-only sessions are reserved for current color or extension clients of mod by mo. new client sessions can be found here.
why is there a form before i reserve my session?
this isn't a traditional salon experience, every client at mod by mo receives an extended consultion with a personalized plan during their first session. this brief intake form helps me get started on designing your plan + curated mood board for your session.
what will my maintenance look like?
we will discuss your exact plan, but a general rule of thumb:
haircuts: 2-3 months
color: 3-5 months
extensions: 6 weeks - 3 months
do you offer refunds?
there are no refunds for products or services. all retail purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. sessions can be revised within 7 days of your visit, complimentary.
do you offer walk-ins?
no, at this time all sessions are reservation-only.
