once your session request is received, you’ll get a confirmation text/email when it’s approved, plus reminders 5 days and 48 hours before your appointment, giving you plenty of time to plan ahead.

DURING YOUR SESSION

when you arrive, check in on vagaro + we’ll meet you at the main entrance. you’ll get a quick tour of the space before settling into the studio for your comprehensive consultation.

once we begin, this is your time. sip on a seasonal beverage, grab a snack + unwind: whether that means catching up on emails, chatting, or just relaxing.

before you head out, you’ll receive a tailored at-home product plan to help extend your results + keep your hair feeling amazing between visits.

AFTER THE GOODBYE

after your session, you’ll receive a quick follow-up text or email. we’d love to hear how you’re feeling about your results and your experience; your feedback means everything.
